Therapies on offer.

I am a qualified reflexologist and been offering this amazing simple therapy since 1996.

One recent client comments below.

“Having struggled to manage my sinus problems for a long time I felt an instant benefit after only one session of reflexology. The session is lovely, so very relaxing and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. I got relief straight away which included an almost complete reduction in sinus pressure around my forehead but more importantly my sinuses slowly but surely started to drain. The session is worth the money in terms of relaxation and skilled massage alone – but to feel a benefit for a specific problem which has bothered me for years is wonderful. I am happy to continue follow-up sessions to build on the progress made. I would definitely recommend it – Mona is very skilled in putting you completely at ease so there is no need to be at all apprehensive!”  JF Otley

Ancient therapy for modern life. Every part of the body is represented on the hands and feet and reflexology gives a very specific massage to the soles of the feet or palms of hands. It is an ancient therapy with evidence of use going back over 3000 years in many different parts of the world including Egypt, China, India, North and South America. It is very relaxing and stimulates the body’s own healing responses. It may help with many conditions both acute and chronic. Here are examples of some of the conditions which have been very successfully treated: asthma, hay fever, sinus problems, constipation, back ache, eczema, stress, depression, digestive disorders, insomnia, muscular problems & tension.

You lie down on a very comfortable chair, listen to some relaxing music, chill out and have your feet massaged… heaven !

You may experience some ‘sweet pain’ and you will leave feeling totally refreshed. Give it a try.
